What happens next
- We add your number and email to our internal do-not-contact list immediately.
- We forward the request to every partner we passed your details to.
- The whole process completes within 10 business days, which is the window the TCPA rules allow.
- We keep the minimum record needed to prove we honoured the request. That record is the reason we do not delete your number outright — a deleted number cannot be suppressed.
If a contractor keeps calling
Tell us who. We can only remove you from partners we sent you to, but we want to know if a network is ignoring suppression, because that decides whether we keep working with them. Include the company name and the date of the call.
Registries that are not us
The National Do Not Call Registry is separate and worth doing, but note that it does not block a company you gave prior express written consent to. Revoking that consent is what the process above does.
